What is it?

The Women in IT Conference (WIIT) is an annual conference that introduces high school women to careers in IT and encourages them to consider technology majors and careers.

Where is it?

The conference will be held at the Schiff Conference Center, located in the Cintas Center on Xavier University’s campus.

When is it?

Volunteers are needed from 9:00 am – 1:30 pm on Thursday, October 10th.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Free Parking are included!

We need your help!

Join us as a volunteer mentor and spend the day with high school women exploring IT careers. You’ll interact with 8-9 students, share your passion for IT, and inspire them to see the field as exciting and full of opportunities. We’ll provide you with all the necessary details beforehand. You’ll also be alongside mentors from top companies in Greater Cincinnati to help make a meaningful impact and show these future IT leaders how COOL the profession can be!
